Short Business Description
We are a personal support agency. We opened in 2019,licences by the DIDD and contacted with all the MCOs. Providing in home and community based services to individuals in need of help with ADLs and other activities to maintain a some what independent lifestyle for our members.
We also offer Adult day care services. Members can come out into the community to our new center. There they can enjoy socializing and interacting with other. While we offer a large array of fun cognitive activities to help with development and independence. While providing family caregivers with respite services.
Lab Services are also offered. We provide Rapid Covid -19 testing and panel drug test. As we are a CLIA waived lab as well.
Residential-We provide transitional housing for anyone in the community who is in need of permeant or temporary housing.
