We understand when the need for care is urgent to you, the solution needs to be compassionate, comprehensive, and convenient - and have economic value. Instead of an expensive trip to the nearest ER, or a long wait for a doctor's appointment, our urgent care centers are open seven days a week with extended hours.
From sprains and broken bones to common illnesses that arise, the ailments that interrupt our lives don’t happen on a schedule. Similarly, when workplace health needs exist (from DOT physicals, employment health assessments or workplace injuries), we are here to meet those needs. Our team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing immediate family and urgent care with exceptional service at affordable prices in a comfortable setting.
All of our centers are have achieved the Urgent Care Association Accreditation, the highest level of distinction for an urgent care center. UCA Accreditation demonstrates an organization’s overriding commitment to safety, quality and scope of services. Additionally, 15 centers are designated Rural Health Clinics, which provide access to primary care service for patients in rural communities.

A.W.A.K.E. Nashville (Advocating for Wellness, Accessibility, and Knowledge of injustice facing the Elderly) is a non-profit organization that advocates for senior members of our community who have limited resources and cannot advocate for themselves.
AWAKE Nashville was formed after spearheading the recent relocation efforts of displaced seniors from the North Park Village Senior Community in Madison. We saw a need and wanted to launch an organization to address the growing housing gap for senior residents of Nashville.
In addition, we are hosting our inaugural event on Saturday, June 11th from 3-6pm in Madison to celebrate our efforts, reunite the former North Park residents, as well as provide an opportunity to bring the entire Madison community together through a fun-filled event featuring local food trucks, games, and entertainment. The event is free to the public and it is our goal to enhance the wellbeing of senior communities in Nashville through fellowship, fun, and social engagement.
You don’t want to miss this event!!! There will be games and activities for the entire family to enjoy! We look forward to seeing you there and sharing with you the vision of AWAKE Nashville.
